Cancellation Policy
Booking & Registration Policies To ensure smooth scheduling and a fair experience for all athletes, please review the following booking policies before reserving a class or private lesson. Class Registration Class registration secures your athlete’s spot in a limited-capacity program. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Non-Refundable Registration All class registrations and private lesson bookings are non-refundable. When you book a class or private lesson, that time slot is reserved specifically for your athlete. Class Sessions Classes run on set schedules and session dates. Once a class session begins, registrations cannot be transferred to another session or rescheduled. Private Lessons Private lesson bookings reserve dedicated time with a coach. If you are unable to attend your scheduled private lesson, please notify us as soon as possible. Private lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice, depending on coach availability. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. Missed Classes Missed classes are not eligible for refunds or make-up sessions. We encourage athletes to attend all scheduled classes to receive the full benefit of training. Late Arrivals Athletes arriving late may participate in the remainder of the class or lesson, but the session will still end at the scheduled time. Minimum Enrollment Voltage Athletics reserves the right to adjust or cancel classes that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements. If a class must be canceled by Voltage Athletics, families will be notified and offered a credit or transfer. Liability Waiver All athletes must have a signed liability waiver on file before participating in any class, private lesson, or activity. Respect for Facility Voltage Athletics operates on private property. Families and athletes are expected to respect the facility, surrounding areas, and all equipment while attending classes or lessons. Cancellation Policy Private lesson require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice will result in a $15 late cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
