Cancellation Policy

Effective for the 2026-2027 Season By booking with Voltage Athletics, you agree to the following terms: Season Commitment All bookings for the 2026-2027 season represent a commitment to participate for the full season. Registration reserves your athlete's spot on a team and ensures placement in practices and events. Fees & Payments A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure placement. Remainder of Registration must be paid once athlete is placed on a team (mid June). Monthly tuition will need to be set up by August 1st 2026 and will be billed on the 1st of each month. (Tiny Spark monthly tuition begins September 2026.) Failure to make payments on time may result in late fees or removal from participation. Paperwork Submission All athletes are required to submit hard copies of necessary paperwork (e.g., waivers, physicals, agreements) on the first day of practice. Participation may be restricted until forms are received. Cancellations & Refunds Registration fees and uniform fees are non-refundable. Monthly tuition is non-refundable after payment is processed. 30-day notice is required for cancellation of monthly billing. Early withdrawal may result in forfeiture of performance opportunities. Attendance & Conduct Athletes are expected to attend all scheduled practices and events. Excessive absences, disruptive behavior, or violation of team policies may result in dismissal from the program without refund. Communication All updates will be sent via email and/or text. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to stay informed by checking Voltage communications regularly.
