Registration
Step 1: Pay the One-Time Registration Fee

Visit the “Registration Fee” booking page

This secures your athlete’s spot for the season
(This fee is non-refundable and required for all athletes) -
Fill out the basic athlete and parent info

Include emergency contact and cheer experience (if any)

Agree to required policies and waivers
Step 2: Submit Required Paperwork

All hard copies must be turned in on the first day of practice
Required documents:

Athlete Physical (dated on or after April 13, 2025)
-
Waiver & Code of Conduct
-
Emergency Contact Sheet
-
Any additional team-specific forms
Step 3: Subscribe to Monthly Tuition

Go to the “Monthly Tuition” booking page
-
Complete the short form and submit payment

This will start your monthly tuition plan. Auto-renews monthly on the day you start (i.e. you start July 29th it will charge on the 29th of each month).

This is needs to be completed by August 1st, 2025
Registering Multiple Athletes -
Monthly Tuition
Wix only allows one of each monthly tuition plan per account. If you have more than one athlete registering, please follow these steps:
1. Complete registration for your first athlete

Select the regular 2025 Monthly Tuition Plan and finish checkout.
2. Purchase a Sibling Plan for your second athlete

Go back to the booking page or click the button below.

Select '25 Monthly Tuition –Additional Athlete (same price as the regular plan).

Complete checkout for your second athlete.
Why two different plans?
Wix doesn’t let the same account buy the same plan twice. The sibling plan is identical—just set up so families can register more than one child under the same account.
