Athlete Pathway



At Voltage Athletics, we believe every athlete deserves a clear path to grow, build confidence, and develop strong cheerleading skills. Our Athlete Pathway is designed to guide athletes step-by-step through their cheer journey, allowing them to progress at a pace that supports both skill development and confidence.
Athletes begin by learning the fundamentals of cheer in a structured and supportive environment. From there, they continue building strength, coordination, and technique while gaining experience in teamwork, performance, and advanced cheer skills.
Our pathway allows athletes to grow through multiple stages of development, each one preparing them for the next level of training and opportunity within the Voltage program.
Voltage Athlete Pathway:
⚡ Cheer Fundamentals – An 8-week introduction to cheerleading where athletes learn the basics of motions, jumps, tumbling fundamentals, and teamwork.
⚡ Cheer Progression – An 8-week program focused on strengthening technique, improving skills, and preparing athletes for the next level of cheer.
⚡ Prep Team – A non-competitive team experience where athletes learn routine structure, teamwork, and performance while preparing for their end-of-season showcase.
Each step of the pathway is designed to help athletes build strong foundations, develop confidence, and grow their love for the sport of cheerleading.
